(W.I.) provides ready mix concrete, rock, gravel and sand to the customers in Oregon and south-central Washington.  We have more than 25 years of combined experience in manufacturing ready mix concrete.  W.I. is Gilliam County’s only ready mix concrete provider, with 25 employees working out of their Arlington, Oregon facility.

W.I.’s services include ready mix concrete production and delivery, as well as hauling and delivery of rock and sand products.  W.I. utilizes its’ fleet of eight mixer trucks for delivery of pre-mix concrete and can obtain as many trucks as needed for projects large and small on 24-hour notice.
